He performs financial analysis and advisory services, primarily helping client companies raise capital and make strategic acquisitions. Wyatt focuses specifically on developing his expertise in the software / cloud computing space, working with companies such as IBM, Dell and Red Hat. Daily responsibilities include preparing financial models, researching company and industry trends, and supporting senior bankers in client advisory and deal execution.
Previously, Wyatt completed a Fulbright Fellowship in Bucharest, Romania, where he was a professor in the American Studies Department at the University of Bucharest, the leading university in the country. He taught courses such as Money and Banking in the US, the Financial Crisis in the US, Modern Political Economy in the US, and 20th Century US History. In addition, he co-wrote a paper with John Polimeni, head of the Economics department at the Albany College of Pharmacy, that evaluated and simulated the effects of a carbon tax versus a cap and trade mechanism for Romania. The article was published in the Review of Economic and Business Studies (REBS).
